Many were trained by Lyndon over the years. The work carries on through each one. Leah Be and Byron Murray actively work at furthering Lyndon's body of science of the human being.
Leah Be offers her work through Productive Lives. Byron Murray offers his work through CTConcepts.
Listed below are some things to think about; we welcome all inquiries.
Do you wish to resolve conflicts in your life more skillfully? Maybe even quiet the chatter in your head?
Are you interested in using tools and codes that will get you through these crazy times in productive and peaceful ways?
Could you use scientifically proven effective communications tools that can be used anywhere, anytime, and with anyone?
Have you been looking for ways to express yourself authentically?
Are you tempted, or have you attempted self-help books & workshops --- and are still looking for training that sticks?
Well then - hello fellow traveler! Welcome to my land of making differences that matter - to you.
-Might be better decision making or communications skills. -How about less stress? -Perhaps tools for getting along better with friends, family, neighbors, other drivers... -Like others, perhaps you simply seek to know that who you are and what you give is good enough! -Could be more joy or meaning that you desire.
It's all good!
Amongst the ways we can produce meaningful and joyful lives, our words that we use have significant impact. "Language maps (strings of words) determine if we get where we intend - or not. Knowing more about internal language (thinking, doing) can lead to increased success. I assist with that.
I teach a tailor-made course developed by Dr. Lyndon Duke of Adversity Research. This program aims to strengthen a person's control over their own life by making the differences they prefer in their awareness, knowledge, practice, and use of language.
Students report that this training enables them to: -be calm in tough situations -raise their control level regardless of whom they're around -gain perpective -think more clearly and make decisions, move to effective action -take tests! -break habits, such as temper and nail-biting -stay in relationships they otherwise would have abandoned -know they are indeed good enough and identify strengths to build upon to be even more effective -deal with little miseries (traffic problems) to major miseries (suicide)
The effects include reduction of misery and increase in satisfaction, coping mechanism, and productivity in personal and work life.
A cornerstone of my success is based upon identifying that which is inflammatory language versus non-inflammatory and providing more effective tools including scientific paradigms; this is the science of a human being. In other words, use of the approach enables prediction of conduct and outcomes. This does not mean becoming a 'purist', for the approach is developed from average human beings - like you and me.
Regarding language - truth is, a body can't tell the difference between a truck bearing down on it or an idea bearing down on it.
Inflammatory language hits like a fast-moving truck. -Adrenaline pumps -Muscles knot -Hearts pound
If you use or listen to this kind of language you may as well get a hammer and hit yourself in the back, claw side down. Nothing will bump you out of control from running your own life effectively or quickly than inflammatory language.
Everyday the language environment feels more and more like a truck. It doesn't have to be that way.
I coach in person or by phone to individuals or groups (work, community, or personal). Recently I've started coaching via email. Let me know of your interest. leah.be@gmail.com
